Dear DG Families,
The attached notice is shorter than it may appear!
Before your child comes to school on Thursday, you will need to log-on to Parent Connect and sign off on the “daily health check” form (new this year). My suggestion is that you take this opportunity to complete all forms on Parent Connect, and also confirm/update your demographic and emergency contact/emergency release info. That way, it will all be done.
Attached you will find, what I hope will be, easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions on how to do all of this.
Also, please carefully review the last 2 pages about the difference between an “emergency contact” and a designated “emergency release”. There is an important difference. Ideally, your “emergency release” should belking distance of the school.

A reminder that students do not need to bring their school supplies when they come for the small group orientation on the first day. Following that, your child’s teacher will be in touch to let you know when supplies should come to school. School supply list can be found on our website under the September 2020 heading (top tab).
